J. Todd Harris –
J. Todd Harris is president of production for IPW, the rights-driven production company based in Los Angeles. He has produced 28 films, ranging in budget from $500,000 to $40M. He has had three films in the Sundance Film Festival, two in Toronto and one in Cannes, which won an award. His credits include Universal Pictures’ Dudley Do-Right starring Brendan Fraser and Sarah Jessica Parker. He co-produced the horror hit Jeepers Creepers for MGM/UA and Francis Coppola. His Sundance entries have included Digging To China (starring Kevin Bacon), Urbania, and Lewis & Clark & George. He also produced the cult classic Sordid Lives, the TV movie Little Richard, and the recently completed Legend Of Lucy Keyes, Supercross (due out this summer from 20th Century Fox), and the soon to be released romantic comedy Knots (John Stamos and Tara Reid). Eric W. Golden –
Eric is the President and CEO of Imagility Inc., a venture he founded to acquire and invest in companies that offer proprietary technology related to imaging and illumination. He is also the Chairman of its three subsidiaries, Lightning Strikes, American Theatre Products and Ribbonlift. Before launching Imagility, Eric Golden was the Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Panavision Inc., where he served as one of three Executive Officers on the senior management team that addressed all strategic and operational issues faced by the $200 million global enterprise. Jeff Kleid –
As an insurance expert, Jeff has been in the insurance service business for over 20 years. He is the president of CM Meiers Co. and has been an integral part of its growth since 1994.

In the mid 90’s Jeff became very involved in the Independent Insurance Agents of America(IIAA), an organization dedicated to serving the insurance needs of the individuals in business. As an advocate and a Grass Roots Lobbyist, Jeff has been involved with both State and Federal Regulations that have helped in Health Care, Workers Compensation and State issues such as bringing back insurance companies into the State of California to provide Earthquake insurance.

Jeff is a Past President of the local association of the IIAA. In recent years Jeff has grown CMM into a Regional Insurance Agency with National Capabilities. Some of his most recent success stories include creating a streamlined inexpensive Professional Liability policy for the fitness industry, a special event policy using the law of large numbers to keep pricing down and affordability up.

Most recently, after years of research, Jeff sought out experts related to the entertainment industry and personally handcrafted a new division designed to meet the specialized needs of that industry. Michael Dieveney –
Michael Dieveney is the president and founder of Manufacturing Solutions, a Los Angeles based company whose core business is the buying, selling and liquidating of industrial assets and manufacturing equipment. He was involved in the purchase and auction of a division of Coors Brewing Company and the purchase and liquidation of a large high tech manufacturing facility last year. Michael has been in the industry for over 13 years and is one of the founders of Machine Tool Leasing, a company set up to fund purchases of industrial equipment by start-ups and companies with less than stellar credit ratings.

In the film industry, Mike Dieveney has produced “They Call Him Sasquatch”, featuring Garry Marshall, along with the film “Adrenaline Cowboys,” which is narrated by Bo Derek and was well received among broad audiences. Kevin Mills –
Kevin Mills started his legal career as Counsel to the United States Senate Judiciary Committee in Washington, D.C. There, Mr. Mills assumed leadership roles on a variety of legislative and oversight initiatives including telecommunications and cable broadcasting matters and the Immigration Reform Act. Upon his return to Southern California, Mr. Mills practiced as a trial and appellate attorney until entering entertainment law. Mr. Mills has held senior business affairs positions with several studios, including Republic Pictures Corporation, Independent Artists Company, Hal Roach Studios and what is now Hallmark Entertainment. While at Republic Pictures, Mr. Mills was instrumental in recapturing the copyright to the classic film “It’s A Wonderful Life,” which previously had been widely distributed as a work in the public domain. Over the past 12 years Mr. Mills’ practice has encompassed all aspects of talent representation as well as the financing, production and distribution of entertainment product in the areas of both television and feature films. He has extensive experience in international television and film distribution and has studied international business transactions in London, England. Mr. Mills is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
